I appreciated the room, the bed was very comfy. Also, location was lovely and perfect, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Quinta Alegria Shopping Mall. Visited few places in the center, relatively near the hotel.

Incredibly beautiful accommodation with favourable setting so close to all the main restaurants, mall and general shops are, Playa del Carmen and general shops. Spacious, huge room, with very comfy bed and pillows.

The staff was affable and check in was early.

Amazing location, at a moderate distance from Yulunga Arte en Tus Manos. Early check-in, parking nearby. Everything perfect. Simply no reason to complain, such great stay.

This hotel was incredibly beautiful and I liked it. There was a lot of food for breakfast, including coffee, pastries and eggs.

I had a fantastic stay at Thompson! The location right on the beach was perfect for enjoying the beautiful views. The rooms were spacious and stylish, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I especially loved the huge bathroom with a rain shower head. The staff at the reception was very friendly and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking. I also enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for a great beach getaway.

The employees are attentive and top-class. We stay in a double room quite often, it is beautifully designed and huge.

My room was spotless and well-designed and included a safe box, multi-channel TV, and a mini bar fridge. The bathroom was huge, it was nice to have bathtubs. The location was lovely in a cute area, near to 5th avenue. Centro district was worth visiting.

Comfortable and quiet location, the public parking was available. Actually, the room was large and modern, it also had a shower and a hairdryer. The check in was early, the staff was very amiable.

So many good options for breakfast, such as coffee, pastries, and eggs. Quiet location with public parking for guests. Besides, EXCELLENT for visiting Quinta Avenida.

Great location near the beach and close to the bustling 5th avenue. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and provided a peaceful sleep. The staff members were friendly and made the stay enjoyable. The food quality was excellent and the restaurant staff provided excellent service.

The food and beverage offerings were subpar, with warm beer being served. The plunge pool was dirty and unusable.

The property is well maintained with excellent food. Beds and rooms are comfortable and luxurious. Central location with beach access. The staff is kind and reactive.

Felt like a home away from home, no complaints.
